Kate Deakin

Kate Deakin

Kate has over 25 years’ experience in property, both in the London market and across Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Berkshire. She began her career in London, where she worked for nearly fifteen years in lettings and property management; first as an area manager, and later as an associate director. Following her relocation to Wiltshire, she applied the expertise she had learned during her time working in the London market and established a career locally, before setting up her own business in 2014. Beyond lettings and property management, throughout her career Kate has also advised clients about property investment and refurbishment.

Kate has now lived in Wiltshire for over twenty years and is an active member of the local community. Her knowledge of the local property market is second to none and she is perfectly placed to help you find your ideal rental home or tenant.

Emma has recently joined Kate on a part time basis. Her parents built their own timber framed home in 1987 that sparked an interest in property and having worked in Wiltshire on a local farming estate for over 22 years managing the farm office from bookkeeping, cattle records and farming assurances to being in charge of a portfolio of properties, privately let or some with local agents and having the opportunity to manage any refurbishments (partial and complete rebuilds), she also has experience of letting and managing properties.

Emma lives locally near Avebury and hopes to add value to the professionalism that Kate offers with her business.
