The whole process of finding a house to rent through Kates Estates has been so wonderfully easy: from arranging viewings at convenient times to both tenant and landlord, always being available to answer questions and ensure that both parties were happy, through to agreeing terms, organising referencing, and sending me a schedule of events - including details of any work being carried out to the property. This has been very helpful and has allowed me to totally concentrate on my end of the move. I had always thought that the sole purpose of a letting agency was to find a tenant, which indeed Kate’s Estates did quickly and efficiently - even at a difficult time of year in the letting market. However, finding and vetting the tenants was only the start of the service that Kate’s Estates provided. Thereafter they took care of every arrangement, including a very detailed inventory/schedule of condition, arranging the lodging of a deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme, transferring utilities, and even measuring heating oil levels. The whole process of letting the property was made exceptionally straightforward from a Landlord’s viewpoint.

Kate’s Estates provided a truly exceptional service and I would wholeheartedly recommend their appointment.
