The period property has been meticulously renovated and presented in excellent condition. You enter through the pretty south/west facing patio garden, into a lobby and then into the sitting room. It has been stylishly done, with wooden floors through out the living room and through to the dining room, which is open to a bright white modern kitchen. The stairs are tucked away in the dining room to the master bedroom which is bright and has masses of storage cupboards. The second bedroom is a small double and the bathroom is next door with a shower above the bath. In the basement area is a large room which could be used for an office or second sitting room , and a utility room with another loo. Available beginning of August for a long let either unfurnished or part furnished
